1. Services Agreement
By scheduling a mobile detailing service or ceramic coating installation with FORMA Auto Detailing, you agree to permit our certified detailers to access your driveway, office parking, or marina location to perform the booked vehicle care.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
To protect scheduling quality, we request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Members of the FORMA One Club enjoy priority VIP booking slots and flexible lock times.
3. Water & Electrical Access
Our boutique mobile detailing trailer is fully equipped with professional-grade electrical generators and pure-water filtration tanks. While we can operate completely self-contained, we appreciate direct access to hose spigots or outlets if available.
4. Certification & Warranty
System X® ceramic coating installations are backed by the official manufacturer's lifetime or multi-year warranties, registered directly under your vehicle's CARFAX history records upon completion.
